‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength and Love your Neighbour as yourself’

 WELCOME

Our Christian Vision is:

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength and love your neighbour as yourself" Mark 12:30-31

This, the greatest commandment, inspires our community to grow together in Christ our Saviour, to love and serve one another, to reach out in witness to our neighbours, live in peace with one another and promote life in all its fullness.

In 2024-25 we will be exploring the Christian values of:

Thankfulness

Trust

Perseverance

Justice

Service

Truthfulness

In May 2025, we proudly joined the Chester Diocesan Academies Trust (CDAT). As a Church of England school, we have already enjoyed close relationships with many CDAT schools, and we are excited to now be part of their wider family.

Our school is located on the Wirral Peninsula in a modern, purpose-built building with beautiful grounds. From our site, we’re lucky to enjoy sweeping views across to the Welsh Hills — a setting that enriches the spiritual, emotional, and social development of our children every day.

At Oxton St Saviour’s Primary School, we are a warm, inclusive family where every child is valued and loved. Rooted in our strong Christian ethos, we nurture a deep sense of community and are committed to excellence for all. Inspired by Jesus’ teaching in Mark 12:30–31 — to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart... and love your neighbour as yourself” — we strive to live out these values in all that we do.

We enjoy strong, supportive links with St Saviour’s Church, and our shared Christian values are woven through every aspect of school life. These values, rooted in the teaching of Jesus, shape our relationships, our learning, and our vision for the future — a school that loves God wholeheartedly, and loves others deeply.
