Battle of the Beaks Investigation

Year 6 have been studying Evolution and Inheritance in Science. After looking at Charles Darwin’s theories of the Galápagos Islands, the children decided to conduct a similar study. The children found that the birds with the most effective beaks, had the best chance of survival. They also discovered that different beaks were better at gathering different types of food.
